本服务条款（"服务条款"）适用于您与ENJOYMI GAMES PTE. LTD.（以下简称"ENJOYMI GAMES"或"我们"）之间有关使用ENJOYMI GAMES游戏、网站及相关服务（"服务"）的关系。相关服务的使用同样受到 ENJOYMI GAMES隐私保护政策和其他相关政策的约束，本条款通过援引的方式引入该隐私保护政策以及其他相关政策。
在访问或使用本服务之前，包括浏览任何ENJOYMI GAMES的网站以及访问任何游戏，您须同意并遵守《服务条款》和《隐私保护政策》的相关规定。在使用相关服务前您还需注册一个帐户（"帐户"）。在通过注册帐户或其他方式使用服务时，您须承诺您已满13周岁。对于年龄在13周岁至17周岁之间的用户，您须保证您的法定监护人已经审阅并同意本服务条款的各项条款。如果您通过社交网站（"SNS"），如Facebook或Google+访问服务，您须同时遵守该社交网站的服务/使用条款及本服务条款的相关规定。
在安装、使用或以其他方式访问服务的同时，您需同意遵守本服务条款。如果您不同意遵守本服务条款，请勿安装、使用或以其他方式访问相关服务。在禁止的情况下，您使用服务的行为将被视为无效。
ENJOYMI GAMES有权通过在ENJOYMI GAMES服务上公布修订条款，在任何时候自行决定变更、修改、增加或删减《服务条款》和《隐私保护政策》和其他相关ENJOYMI GAMES政策。您如果继续使用相关服务，则视为您接受上述变更。如果您在任何时候不同意届时有效的《服务条款》、《隐私保护政策》或任何其他ENJOYMI GAMES政策、规则或行为准则中的任何内容，对您使用服务的许可将立即终止，您须立即停止使用服务。
1．许可
1.1 使用服务的有限许可
受到您同意与遵守的服务条款和其他相关ENJOYMI GAMES政策的限制，ENJOYMI GAMES授予您一项非独占性的、不可转让的、不得分许可的、可撤销的有限许可，以便用于自身的非商业娱乐目的访问和使用服务。您同意不为任何其他目的而使用服务。

● 您在任何时候都不得（或尝试）购买帐户、将帐户出售、出租或赠与他人，或使用虚假身份、信息或冒用他人身份创建帐户；如果您的帐户曾被ENJOYMI GAMES删除，或者您曾被禁止使用任何ENJOYMI GAMES游戏，您将无权使用服务。
● 您仅有权以非商业目的使用您的帐户；您不得通过使用服务来发布广告、招揽或传播任何商业广告，包括向任何人发送的连锁信、垃圾邮件或者重复或误导信息。
登录信息和您的帐户：
您需要为自己的帐户设置一个密码或使用其他凭证来访问帐户（"登录信息"）。您不得分享您的帐户或登录信息，也不得让他人登录您的帐户或者做出任何其他可能威胁您帐户安全的行为。如果您得知或者有合理理由怀疑存在安全威胁，包括但不限于登录信息的丢失、被盗或未经授权被公开，您必须立即通知ENJOYMI GAMES并修改您的登录信息。您须对登录信息的持续保密性独自承担责任，并对登录信息的所有使用行为负责，包括但不限于购买行为（不论是否得到您的授权）。您对通过您帐户发生的任何事宜负责。
ENJOYMI GAMES保留在任何时候以任何理由删除或要求收回任何用户名的权利，包括但不限于第三方申诉因用户名侵犯第三方权利而提出索赔的情况。
在一台支持设备上，服务仅支持每个游戏一个帐户。
许可限制：
任何违反许可限制的服务使用行为是严格禁止的，如有发生，可能会立即撤销您的有限许可，且您可能承担违反法律的责任。
您同意您在任何情况下将不得：
● 从事任何ENJOYMI GAMES认为的与服务的宗旨或意图相违背的行为，或者任何不当使用ENJOYMI GAMES所支持服务的行为。
● 使用或部分使用（直接或间接）为修改或干扰服务、任何ENJOYMI GAMES游戏或任何ENJOYMI GAMES游戏体验而设计的作弊手段、滥用手段、自动化软件、机器人程序、黑客、游戏插件或任何未经许可的第三方软件。
● 未经ENJOYMI GAMES的明确书面同意，修改或促使修改属于服务或任何ENJOYMI GAMES游戏一部分的任何文件。
● 在使用服务或玩ENJOYMI GAMES游戏时，扰乱、干扰或以其他方式影响服务的正常流程，或者以其他方式对其他用户体验产生不良影响。其中包括胜负交易以及任何其他形式的排名操控、利用服务中的漏洞来获得对其他玩家不公平的优势以及任何故意滥用或违反服务设计的其他行为。
● 扰乱、超负荷运转、协助扰乱或超负荷运转用于提供或支持服务或任何ENJOYMI GAMES游戏环境的任何计算机或服务器（"服务器"）。
● 实施、协助或参与任何形式的攻击行为，包括但不限于病毒传播、拒绝服务攻击，或其他企图扰乱服务或任何其他人对服务的使用或享用的行为。
● 企图通过ENJOYMI GAMES提供的用户界面以外的方式未经授权访问服务、他人注册帐户、计算机、服务器或连接到服务的网络，包括但不限于绕开或修改，试图绕开或修改，或者鼓励或协助他人绕开或修改任何属于服务一部分的安全设置、技术、设备或软件。
● 发布任何辱骂、威胁、淫秽、中伤、诽谤，或者在种族、性、宗教或其他方面具有侮辱性或攻击性的信息，或者持续做出有害行为，例如未经同意重复发布相同信息（刷屏）。
● 发布任何含有裸露、过度暴力或攻击性主题的信息，或包含上述内容链接的信息。
● 实施或试图实施骚扰、辱骂或伤害，提倡或煽动骚扰、辱骂或伤害他人、集体的行为，包括ENJOYMI GAMES的员工（其中包括ENJOYMI GAMES的客户服务代表）。
● 通过服务公开任何侵犯任何人或实体的任何著作权、商标权、专利权、商业秘密、隐私权、出版权或其他权利的材料或信息，或者假冒任何其他人，包括但不限于ENJOYMI GAMES的员工。
● 实施反向工程、反编译、拆解、破译或以其他方式试图取得任何用于提供服务或任何ENJOYMI GAMES游戏的底层软件或其他知识产权的源代码的行为，或者以任何未经ENJOYMI GAMES明确许可的方式从服务或任何ENJOYMI GAMES游戏中获取任何信息。
● 通过服务征集或试图向服务或其他任何ENJOYMI GAMES游戏的用户征集登录信息或任何其他登录凭证或个人信息。
● 收集或发布任何人的私人信息，包括个人可识别信息（无论是文字、图像还是视频形式）、身份证明文件或者财务信息。
ENJOYMI GAMES保留权利来认定相关行为是否违反使用规则或超出服务条款或服务本身的宗旨和精神。ENJOYMI GAMES保留权利来据此采取相关措施，包括终止您的帐户和禁止您使用全部或部分服务。
1.2 对帐户和服务的中断和终止
在不影响任何其他补救方案的前提下，当您违反或者ENJOYMI GAMES怀疑您违反本服务条款的任何条款，或存在实际或涉嫌违法或不当使用服务的行为时，ENJOYMI GAMES有权经过或不经通知，限制、中断、终止、修改或者删除您的帐户或对服务的全部或部分使用。帐户的终止和限制可能导致您丧失服务中的用户名和人物角色，以及与您使用服务相关的任何利益、特权、获得的物品及购买的物品，且ENJOYMI GAMES对由此给您带来的任何损失或后果不承担任何赔偿责任。
在不影响我们的任何其他补救方案的前提下，如果我们相信用户正在制造风险或可能承担法律责任的行为，侵犯了第三方的知识产权或与我们的条款或政策的条文或精神不一致，我们有权限制、中断或终止用户服务或帐户的全部或部分权限，禁止用户访问我们的游戏和网站及其内容、服务和工具，延迟或者移除托管内容，同时采取技术和法律措施防止用户使用服务。此外，我们有权在适当的情况下自行决定，对屡次侵犯第三方知识产权的用户采取中断或终止其帐户的措施。
ENJOYMI GAMES有权终止任何连续180天不使用的帐户。
ENJOYMI GAMES有权在任何时候停止提供和/或支持服务或某特定游戏或部分服务，此时，对您使用全部或部分服务的许可自动终止。在此情况下，ENJOYMI GAMES不因此类服务停止而承担任何向用户退款、返还利益或赔偿损失的义务。
对您的帐户的终止措施包括限制用户使用全部或部分服务的权限，其中包括您或他人上传的内容。
2. 所有权
2.1 游戏和服务
与服务相关的一切权利、所有权和利益（包括但不限于任何游戏、影片、计算机代码、主题、物体、人物、人物的名字、故事、对话、短语、概念、图画、动画、声音、音乐作品、视听效果、操作方法、精神权利、文件、游戏内聊天记录、人物档案信息、使用游戏客户端的游戏记录、ENJOYMI GAMES游戏客户端和服务器软件）由ENJOYMI GAMES所有。ENJOYMI GAMES保留与游戏和服务相关的所有权利，包括但不限于知识产权和其他专有权利。
2.2 帐户
即使本条款中存在相反的规定，您确认并同意，您对帐户并不享有任何所有权或其他财产权利，并且您进一步确认和同意与帐户相关的所有权利均由ENJOYMI GAMES享有。
2.3 虚拟物品
ENJOYMI GAMES享有在服务和ENJOYMI GAMES游戏中出现的全部内容的所有权，有权以许可或其他方式使用在服务和ENJOYMI GAMES游戏中出现的全部内容。即使本条款存在任何相反的规定，您同意，您对服务中出现的任何内容没有所有权或任何其他权利，包括但不限于您从ENJOYMI GAMES购买或从游戏中赚得的在任何ENJOYMI GAMES游戏中产生或出现的虚拟商品或货币，以及任何与帐户相关的或存储于服务中的其他任何属性。
3. 用户内容
3.1 用户内容提交
"用户内容"指您本人通过ENJOYMI GAMES游戏客户端或服务上传或传输，或由其他用户上传或传输的包括聊天文本在内的任何通讯、图像、声音以及所有资料、数据和信息。在使用服务的过程中传输或提交用户内容时，您确认、承诺并保证该传输或提交行为（a）涉及的信息准确且不得为保密或误导性信息；（b）不违反任何法律规定、合同义务，且不侵犯其他第三方权利，在用户内容中包含第三方的个人信息或知识产权时，您应征得该第三方的同意；（c）涉及的内容没有病毒、广告软件、间谍软件、蠕虫和其他恶意代码；以及（d）您确认并同意ENJOYMI GAMES将根据隐私保护政策在任何时候对此类内容中包含的您的个人信息进行处理。
3.2 内容审查
ENJOYMI GAMES对于任何用户提交任何用户内容的行为不承担任何责任，亦没有责任对用户内容存在的不当内容或行为进行监控。我们不对，也不能对所有的用户内容进行事前审查或监控。您使用服务的风险自负。通过使用服务，您可能接触到带有攻击性的、不适当或与您的预期不符的用户内容。您需承担使用服务过程中可能涉及的与用户内容相关的任何风险。我们有权自行决定，通过我们的代表或技术手段监控和/或记录您与服务的交互过程，或您在使用服务的过程中产生的通讯信息（包括但不限于聊天文本）。
本服务条款一经签署，您即不可撤销地同意并接受上述监控和记录。您确认并同意对传输的任何用户内容不存在任何隐私预期，包括但不限于聊天文本或语音信息。
ENJOYMI GAMES有权不经通知，在任何时候以任何理由自行决定审阅、监控、阻止、编辑、删除、禁用或以其它方式禁止访问任何用户内容（包括但不限于您的用户内容）。不论何时，如果ENJOYMI GAMES自行决定对服务进行监督，其对用户内容不负任何责任，亦无义务修改或删除任何不适当的用户内容。我们有权自由决定，但无义务编辑、拒绝发布或者删除任何用户内容。
3.3 服务中其他成员对信息的使用
3.3.1 公开披露
服务可能包括可以发布用户内容的不同形式的论坛、博客和聊天功能，包括您对特定主题的观点和评论。ENJOYMI GAMES无法保证其他成员对您分享的观点和信息不做任何使用。因此，如果您希望对某些观点和信息进行保密，和/或不希望其他人使用，请不要在服务上发布。ENJOYMI GAMES无义务对您上传的任何观点和信息进行评价或使用，也不就您可能选择发布的任何观点或信息向您承担任何赔偿责任。
3.3.2 个人内容责任自负
您对于通过服务或与服务相关的方式发布的信息以及您向他人提供的信息独自承担责任。ENJOYMI GAMES有权以任何理由或无理由拒绝、拒绝发布或者删除任何用户信息，包括但不限于经ENJOYMI GAMES单独认定违反本服务条款的用户内容。
3.4 您对ENJOYMI GAMES的许可
您特此授予ENJOYMI GAMES一项不可撤销的、永久的、可转让的、全额付清的、免许可费的、全球性的许可（包括分许可和向第三方转让的权利）以及复制、再造、修复、改编、修改、创造衍生作品、制造、商业化、出版、发行、销售、许可、分许可、转让、租赁、传输、公开展示、公开表演、或允许电子访问、广播、通过电信向公众传播、放映、表演、进入计算机内存的权利，以及通过任何方式使用和操作您的用户内容以及与我们提供服务（包括服务的市场营销和推广）相关的修改作品和衍生作品的权利。您还特此授予ENJOYMI GAMES权利以授权他人行使ENJOYMI GAMES在本服务条款下享有的任何权利。您还进一步授予ENJOYMI GAMES无条件的、不可撤销的使用和利用您的名称、肖像以及用户内容包含的或与之相关的其他任何信息或材料的权利，您不因此承担任何义务。除非法律有禁止性规定，您放弃您对于任何用户内容可能享有的任何署名权和/或精神权利，不论您的用户内容是否以任何方式进行了修改或变更。ENJOYMI GAMES不对您的用户内容主张任何所有权，本服务条款中的任何条款亦不构成对您使用和利用帐户内容的任何限制。ENJOYMI GAMES没有义务监控或执行您对用户内容享有的知识产权。
3.5 用户交互
您对于您与其他服务用户以及您通过服务和/或ENJOYMI GAMES游戏互动的其他方之间进行的互动独自承担全部责任。ENJOYMI GAMES保留权利，但没有义务以任何方式参与这些争议。您应全力配合ENJOYMI GAMES调查任何涉嫌违法、欺诈或不当行为，包括但不限于允许ENJOYMI GAMES访问您设有密码保护的帐户。
如果您与一名或多名用户之间发生纠纷，您免除我们（包括我们的管理人员、董事、代理、子公司、合资企业和员工）受到由上述纠纷产生或以任何方式与上述纠纷相关的、已知和未知的、任何类型和性质的主张、请求和索赔（实际损害和间接损害）。
4. 费用和购买条款
4.1 购买
在使用服务的过程中，您可以使用"现实世界"的货币购买有限的、个人的、不可转让的、不得分许可的、可撤销的许可，可使用（a）"虚拟货币"，包括但不限于全部用于ENJOYMI GAMES游戏的虚拟货币或钻石；（b）"虚拟的游戏内物品"（与"虚拟货币"并称"虚拟物品 "）；以及（c）其他商品或服务（"商品"）。您只可以通过我们或我们授权的官方合作伙伴来购买虚拟货币，不得通过任何其他途径购买！
ENJOYMI GAMES可以在任何时候经通知或不经通知，管理、规制、控制、修改或者删除虚拟物品和/或商品。ENJOYMI GAMES在行使任何相关权利时不对您或任何第三方承担任何责任。
除在服务中有明确授权外，虚拟物品和商品的转让是禁止的。除非在服务中有明确授权，您无权向任何个人或实体出售、购买、兑换或以其它方式转让虚拟物品或商品或尝试任何此类行为，包括ENJOYMI GAMES、其他用户或者任何第三方。
通过服务对虚拟物品进行的购买或兑换均为最终的、无法退款的。
ENJOYMI GAMES向您提供用于ENJOYMI GAMES游戏中的虚拟物品，该供应服务自ENJOYMI GAMES接受您的购买请求后立即开始。
4.2 费用的支付
您同意支付由您或他人使用您的注册帐户而产生的一切费用和适用的税费。ENJOYMI GAMES可以在任何时候调整通过服务所提供的商品和服务的价格。请知悉，ENJOYMI GAMES没有义务因任何理由提供退款，而且，当帐户无论因为自愿还是非自愿而关闭时，您将不会就尚未使用的虚拟物品获得任何退款或其他补偿。
5. 服务的更新
服务是不断更新的。ENJOYMI GAMES可以要求您接受对已安装于您设备或电脑上的服务和ENJOYMI GAMES游戏的更新。您认可并同意，无论是否通知您，ENJOYMI GAMES有权更新服务和ENJOYMI GAMES游戏。您可能需要不时更新第三方软件以获得服务和ENJOYMI GAMES游戏。
6. 免责声明
在不限制ENJOYMI GAMES在下述第7条承担责任的前提下，服务基于现有的、可用的状态提供给您使用，ENJOYMI GAMES对此不作任何明示或默示的保证，包括但不限于适销性、适用于特定目的、所有权、不侵权，以及其他由交易过程或商业惯例产生的任何保证。ENJOYMI GAMES并不保证您可以在自己选择的时间或地点使用相关帐户；不保证服务不会中断或者不存在错误；同样不保证相关缺陷会被修正，或者游戏和服务没有病毒或其他有害内容。
一些司法辖区不允许排除某项保证。相应地，上述某些免责和限制性条款可能对您不适用。
7. 责任限制、排他救济和赔偿
ENJOYMI GAMES不向用户承担与本条款相关的任何间接的、偶然的、从属的、特殊的、惩罚性的或其他类似损害的赔偿责任，包括但不限于收入损失、利润损失、数据丢失或商业中断或其他无形损失（不论如何定性该等损失），不论该损失是基于合同、侵权或其他法律原理产生的，且不论ENJOYMI GAMES是否被告知损害赔偿的可能性。ENJOYMI GAMES对于您的赔偿责任不超过您在首次提出赔偿请求之日前的六（6）个月内根据本服务条款向ENJOYMI GAMES支付的金额。您认可并同意，如果您未在上述时间段向ENJOYMI GAMES支付任何金额，您仅能就ENJOYMI GAMES禁止您使用服务或者取消您的帐户（ENJOYMI GAMES的唯一责任）行使救济权。
一些司法辖区不允许排除某项保证责任或者对某些损害赔偿责任作出限制或排除性规定。相应地，上述某些免责和限制性条款可能对您不适用。根据适用法律规定，ENJOYMI GAMES在一定范围内不得提出免责声明或者责任限制时，该等保证范围和ENJOYMI GAMES的责任范围应限于法律允许的最低责任范围。本服务条款的任何条款均不影响客户的任何法定权利，也不排除或限制因ENJOYMI GAMES的明显疏忽或不当行为，或者因ENJOYMI GAMES的任何疏忽或欺诈行为而导致的人身死亡和伤害所产生的责任。
您同意就任何索赔、要求、损害或其他损失对ENJOYMI GAMES（以及我们的管理人员、董事、代理、子公司、合资企业和员工）进行赔偿、为ENJOYMI GAMES进行抗辩并使ENJOYMI GAMES免于上述责任，包括由任何第三方基于您的服务使用行为或违反本服务条款的行为而主张的合理律师费，但是，如果侵权行为不能归因于您的故意或过失行为，前述条款则不适用。
8. 争议解决和法律适用
如果您和ENJOYMI GAMES之间发生任何争议，我们强烈鼓励您首先直接与我们取得联系，寻求纠纷解决的方式。如果您是美国居民，本服务条款以及因本条款以及隐私保护政策和服务而产生的任何争议适用加州法律，不考虑冲突法律规定。您同意并接受您和ENJOYMI GAMES之间发生的任何索赔或争议受加利福尼亚州旧金山市法院的排他管辖。如果您是美国境外的居民，您和ENJOYMI GAMES之间的任何纠纷适用新加坡法律，不考虑冲突法律规定。您同意并接受您和ENJOYMI GAMES之间发生的任何索赔或争议受新加坡法院的排他管辖。
9. 可分割性
您和ENJOYMI GAMES同意，如果本服务条款或ENJOYMI GAMES隐私政策的任何条款的全部或部分被有管辖权的法院认定为违法或不可执行，该条款仅在该司法辖区内，且在被认定无效或不可执行的范围内没有法律效力，但是不影响该条款在其他司法辖区的法律效力，且该条款其他部分的法律效力不受影响。
10. 一般条款
10.1 转让
ENJOYMI GAMES有权随时将本服务条款或ENJOYMI GAMES隐私保护政策的全部或部分转让或委托给其他个人或实体，不论是否经过您的同意。未经ENJOYMI GAMES的事先书面同意，您不得将本服务条款或隐私保护政策项下的任何权利或义务转让或委托给其他个人或实体。您任何未经授权的转让或委托无法律效力。
10.2 补充政策
ENJOYMI GAMES可以发布与具体服务（如论坛、竞赛或忠诚计划）相关的补充政策。您对这些服务的使用应受本服务条款和具体补充政策的约束。
10.3 完整协议
本服务条款、任何补充政策和通过援引并入的任何文件（包括ENJOYMI GAMES隐私保护政策），包含了您和ENJOYMI GAMES之间的全部共识，并且替代之前双方对本条款内容的全部共识，不论这些我们之间关于服务的共识是通过电子形式、口头或书面形式，或者根据交易习惯、惯例、政策或先例确立。
10.4 不弃权
如果ENJOYMI GAMES未能要求或对您严格执行本服务条款或ENJOYMI GAMES隐私保护政策的条款，或者未能行使相关条款项下的任何权利，该行为不能被解释为ENJOYMI GAMES免除或放弃在上述情形或任何其他情形下主张或仰赖任何这些条款或权利。
ENJOYMI GAMES对于本服务条款或ENJOYMI GAMES隐私政策的任何条款、条件或要求的明示放弃不应构成对将来遵守该等条款、条件或要求规定义务的放弃。
除本服务条款另有明确具体的规定，任何陈述、声明、同意、弃权或其他ENJOYMI GAMES的作为或不作为都不构成对本服务条款的修改，也不具有法律约束力。除非双方以书面形式另作约定，并经您和ENJOYMI GAMES的授权人共同签字。
10.5 通知
我们可能通过在官方网站（www.kov.games）上发布公告、电子邮件或其他任何您向我们提供的联系方式向您发出通知。您根据本服务条款或ENJOYMI GAMES隐私保护政策给出的或要求给出的任何通知应以书面形式完成，并寄至：152 BEACH ROAD #14-03 GATEWAY EAST SINGAPORE (189721). 除此之外，您提供的任何与本条规定不符的通知不具有法律效力。
10.6 衡平救济
请知悉，在ENJOYMI GAMES的服务条款下享有的权利和承担的义务是独特的、不可替代的，由于您的违约行为或预期违约行为导致的任何损失都会对ENJOYMI GAMES造成无法补救的损害，也不能仅通过金钱赔偿而弥补相应损失。因此，ENJOYMI GAMES享有惩罚性救济或其他衡平救济的权利（没有提供保证、担保或证据的义务）。
您放弃所有寻求惩罚性救济或其他衡平救济的权利，以及禁止或限制服务或任何ENJOYMI GAMES游戏的运行、开发相关的广告或其他资料、开发服务和其他通过服务使用或显示的内容的权利，该放弃不可撤销。同时，您同意您享有的金钱损害赔偿权（如有）受到第7条规定的限制。
10.7 不可抗力
ENJOYMI GAMES对超出其控制范围所导致的延迟或未能履行的义务不承担任何责任，包括但不限于因不能预见的或超出其控制范围的原因，例如天灾、战争、恐怖活动、骚乱、禁运、民事或军事当局行为、火灾、水灾、事故、罢工、交通运输设施短缺、燃料短缺、能源短缺、劳动力短缺和原料短缺。

The terms of this agreement ("Terms of Service") govern the relationship between you and ENJOYMI GAMES PTE. LTD., (hereinafter "ENJOYMI GAMES" or "Us" or "We") regarding your use of ENJOYMI GAMES' games, websites and related services (the "Service"). Use of the Service is also governed by ENJOYMI GAMES' Privacy Policy and other relevant policies, which are incorporated herein by reference.
Before accessing or using the Service, including browsing any ENJOYMI GAMES website or accessing a game, you must agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. ENJOYMI GAMES reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Service, its Privacy Policy and other relevant ENJOYMI GAMES policies at any time by posting the amended terms on the ENJOYMI GAMES Service. You will be deemed to have accepted such changes by continuing to use the Service. If at any point you do not agree to any portion of the then-current version of our Terms of Service, the ENJOYMI GAMES Privacy Policy, or any other ENJOYMI GAMES policy, rules or codes of conduct relating to your use of the Service, your license to use the Service shall immediately terminate, and you must immediately stop using the Service.

● You shall use your Account only for non-commercial purposes; You shall not use the Service to advertise, or solicit, or transmit any commercial advertisements, including chain letters, junk or spam e-mail or repetitive or misleading messages to anyone.
Login information and Your Account:
You may be required to select a password for your Account or you may also use other credentials to access the Account ("Login Information"). You shall not share the Account or the Login Information, nor let anyone else access your Account or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your Account. In the event you become aware of or reasonably suspect any breach of security, including without limitation any loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of the Login Information, you must immediately notify ENJOYMI GAMES and modify your Login Information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Login Information, and you will be responsible for all uses of the Login Information, including purchases, whether or not authorized by you. You are responsible for anything that happens through your Account.
ENJOYMI GAMES reserves the right to remove or reclaim any usernames at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to claims by a third party that a username violates the third party's rights.
The Service supports only one Account per game on a supported device.
License Limitations:
Any use of the Service in violation of these License Limitations is strictly prohibited, can result in the immediate revocation of your limited license and may subject you to liability for violations of law.
You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:
● Engage in any act that ENJOYMI GAMES deems to be in conflict with the spirit or intent of the Service or make improper use of ENJOYMI GAMES' support services.
● Use or take part (directly or indirectly) in the use of cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Service, any ENJOYMI GAMES game or any ENJOYMI GAMES game experience.
● Modify or cause to be modified any files that are a part of the Service or any ENJOYMI GAMES game without ENJOYMI GAMES' express written consent.
● Disrupt, interfere with or otherwise adversely affect the normal flow of the Service or otherwise act in a manner that may negatively affect other users' experience when using the Service or playing ENJOYMI GAMES' games. This includes win trading and any other kind of manipulation of rankings, taking advantage of errors in the Service to gain an unfair edge over other players and any other act that intentionally abuses or goes against the design of the Service.
● Disrupt, overburden, or aid or assist in the disruption or overburdening of any computer or server ("Server") used to offer or support the Service or any ENJOYMI GAMES game environment.
● Institute, assist, or become involved in any type of attack, including without limitation distribution of a virus, denial of service attacks upon the Service, or other attempts to disrupt the Service or any other person's use or enjoyment of the Service.
● Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, Accounts registered to others or to the computers, Servers, or networks connected to the Service by any means other than the user interface provided by ENJOYMI GAMES, including but not limited to, by circumventing or modifying, attempting to circumvent or modify, or encouraging or assisting any other person to circumvent or modify, any security, technology, device, or software that is part of the Service.
● Post any information that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, libelous, or racially, sexually, religiously, or otherwise objectionable or offensive or engage in ongoing toxic behavior, such as by repeatedly posting information on an unsolicited basis.
● Post any information that contains nudity, excessive violence, or offensive subject matter or that contains a link to such content.
● Attempt to, or harass, abuse, or harm, or advocate or incite harassment, abuse, or harm of another person, group, including ENJOYMI GAMES employees, including ENJOYMI GAMES' customer service representatives.
● Make available through the Service any material or information that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, right of privacy, right of publicity, or other right of any person or entity or impersonates any other person, including without limitation a ENJOYMI GAMES employee.
● Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for any underlying software or other intellectual property used to provide the Service or any ENJOYMI GAMES game, or to obtain any information from the Service or any ENJOYMI GAMES game using any method not expressly permitted by ENJOYMI GAMES.
● Solicit or attempt to solicit Login Information or any other login credentials or personal information from other users of the Service or any ENJOYMI GAMES game.
● Collect or post anyone's private information, including personally identifiable information (whether in text, image or video form), identification documents, or financial information through the Service.
ENJOYMI GAMES reserves the right to determine what conduct it considers to be in violation of the rules of use or otherwise outside the intent or spirit of these Terms of Service or the Service itself. ENJOYMI GAMES reserves the right to take action as a result, which may include terminating your Account and prohibiting you from using the Service in whole or in part.
1.2 Suspension and Termination of Account and Service
Without limiting any other remedies, ENJOYMI GAMES may limit, suspend, terminate, modify, or delete accounts or access to the service or portions thereof if you are, or ENJOYMI GAMES suspects that you are, failing to comply with any of these terms of service or for any actual or suspected illegal or improper use of the service, with or without notice to you. You can lose your user name and persona in the service as a result of account termination or limitation, as well as any benefits, privileges, earned items and purchased items associated with your use of the service, and ENJOYMI GAMES is under no obligation to compensate you for any such losses or results.
Without limiting our other remedies, we may limit, suspend or terminate the service and user accounts or portions thereof, prohibit access to our games and sites, and their content, services and tools, delay or remove hosted content, and take technical and legal steps to prevent users from accessing the service if we believe that they are creating risk or possible legal liabilities, infringing the intellectual property rights of third parties, or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our terms or policies. Additionally, we may, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate accounts of users who may be repeat infringers of third party intellectual property rights.
ENJOYMI GAMES reserves the right to terminate any account that has been inactive for 180 days.
ENJOYMI GAMES reserves the right to stop offering and/or supporting the Service or a particular game or part of the Service at any time, at which point your license to use the Service or a part thereof will be automatically terminated. In such event, ENJOYMI GAMES shall not be required to provide refunds, benefits or other compensation to users in connection with such discontinued Service.
Termination of your Account can include disabling your access to the Service or any part thereof including any content you submitted or others submitted.
2. Ownership
2.1 Games and Service
All rights, title and interest in and to the Service (including without limitation any games, titles, computer code, themes, objects, characters, character names, stories, dialogue, catch phrases, concepts, artwork, animations, sounds, musical compositions, audio-visual effects, methods of operation, moral rights, documentation, in-game chat transcripts, character profile information, recordings of games played using a ENJOYMI GAMES game client, and the ENJOYMI GAMES game clients and server software) are owned by ENJOYMI GAMES. ENJOYMI GAMES reserves all rights, including without limitation, all intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights, in connection with its games and the Service.
2.2 Accounts
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, you acknowledge and agree that you shall have no ownership or other property interest in the account, and you further acknowledge and agree that all rights in and to the account are and shall forever be owned by and inure to the benefit of ENJOYMI GAMES.
2.3 Virtual Items
ENJOYMI GAMES owns, has licensed, or otherwise has rights to use all of the content that appears in the Service or in ENJOYMI GAMES games. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary herein, you agree that you have no right or title in or to any content that appears in the Service, including without limitation the virtual goods or currency appearing or originating in any ENJOYMI GAMES game, whether earned in a game or purchased from ENJOYMI GAMES, or any other attributes associated with an Account or stored on the Service.
3. User Content
3.1 Submission of User Content
"User Content" means any communications, images, sounds, and all the material, data, and information that you upload or transmit through a ENJOYMI GAMES game client or the Service, or that other users upload or transmit, including without limitation any chat text. By transmitting or submitting any User Content while using the Service, you affirm, represent and warrant that such transmission or submission is (a) accurate and not confidential or misleading; (b) not in violation of any laws, contractual restrictions or other third party rights, and that you have permission from any third party whose personal information or intellectual property is comprised in the User Content; (c) free of viruses, adware, spyware, worms or other malicious code; and (d) you acknowledge and agree that any of your personal information within such content will at all times be processed by ENJOYMI GAMES in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
3.2 Content Screening
ENJOYMI GAMES assumes no responsibility for the conduct of any user submitting any User Content, and assumes no responsibility for monitoring the Service for inappropriate content or conduct. We do not, and cannot, pre-screen or monitor all User Content. Your use of the Service is at your own risk. By using the Service, you may be exposed to User Content that is offensive, indecent or otherwise not in line with your expectations. You bear all risks associated with the use of any User Content available in connection with the Service. At our discretion, our representatives or technology may monitor and/or record your interaction with the Service or communications (including without limitation chat text) when you are using the Service.
By entering into these Terms of Service, you hereby provide your irrevocable consent to such monitoring and recording. You acknowledge and agree that you have no expectation of privacy concerning the transmission of any User Content, including without limitation chat text or voice communications.
ENJOYMI GAMES reserves the right in its sole discretion to review, monitor, prohibit, edit, delete, disable access to or otherwise make unavailable any User Content (including without limitation your User Content) without notice for any reason or for no reason at any time. If at any time ENJOYMI GAMES chooses, in its sole discretion, to monitor the Service, ENJOYMI GAMES nonetheless assumes no responsibility for User Content and assumes no obligation to modify or remove any inappropriate User Content. We have the right, but not the obligation, in our sole discretion to edit, refuse to post, or remove any User Content.
3.3 Information Use by Other Members of the Service
3.3.1 Public Discourse
The Service may include various forums, blogs and chat features where you can post User Content, including your observations and comments on designated topics. ENJOYMI GAMES cannot guarantee that other members will not use the ideas and information that you share. Therefore, if you have an idea or information that you would like to keep confidential and/or don't want others to use, do not post it on the Service. ENJOYMI GAMES shall have no responsibility to evaluate, use or compensate you for any ideas or information you may choose to submit.
3.3.2 Responsible For Your Own Content
You are solely responsible for the information that you post on, through or in connection with the Service and that you provide to others. ENJOYMI GAMES may reject, refuse to post or delete any User Content for any or no reason, including, but not limited to, User Content that in the sole judgment of ENJOYMI GAMES violates these Terms of Service.
3.4 Your License to ENJOYMI GAMES
You hereby grant to ENJOYMI GAMES an irrevocable, perpetual, transferable, fully paid-up, royalty-free, worldwide license (including the right to sublicense and assign to third party) and right to copy, reproduce, fix, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, manufacture, commercialize, publish, distribute, sell, license, sublicense, transfer, lease, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, or provide access to electronically, broadcast, communicate to the public by telecommunication, display, perform, enter into computer memory, and use and practice, in any way, your User Content as well as all modified and derivative works thereof in connection with our provision of the Service, including marketing and promotions of the Service. You also hereby grant to ENJOYMI GAMES the right to authorize others to exercise any of the rights granted to ENJOYMI GAMES under these Terms of Service. You further hereby grant to ENJOYMI GAMES the unconditional, irrevocable right to use and exploit your name, likeness and any other information or material included in any User Content and in connection with any User Content, without any obligation to you. Except as prohibited by law, you waive any rights of attribution and/or any moral rights you may have in your User Content, regardless of whether your User Content is altered or changed in any manner. ENJOYMI GAMES does not claim any ownership rights in your User Content and nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to restrict any rights that you may have to use and exploit your User Content. ENJOYMI GAMES has no obligation to monitor or enforce your intellectual property rights in or to your User Content.
3.5 User Interactions
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the Service and any other parties with whom you interact through the Service and/or ENJOYMI GAMES games. ENJOYMI GAMES reserves the right, but has no obligation, to become involved in any way with these disputes. You will fully cooperate with ENJOYMI GAMES to investigate any suspected unlawful, fraudulent or improper activity, including, without limitation, granting ENJOYMI GAMES access to any password-protected portions of your Account.
If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
4. Fees and Purchase Terms
4.1 Purchases
In the Service you may purchase, with "real world" money, a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use (a) "virtual currency", including but not limited to virtual cash or diamonds, all for use in ENJOYMI GAMES games; (b) "virtual in-game items" (together with "virtual currency", "Virtual Items"); and (c) other goods or services ("Merchandise"). You are only allowed to purchase Virtual Items from us or our authorised partners through the Service, and not in any other way.
ENJOYMI GAMES may manage, regulate, control, modify or eliminate Virtual Items and/or Merchandise at any time, with or without notice. ENJOYMI GAMES shall have no liability to you or any third party in the event that ENJOYMI GAMES exercises any such rights.
The transfer of Virtual Items and Merchandise is prohibited except where expressly authorized in the Service. Other than as expressly authorized in the Service, you shall not sell, purchase, redeem or otherwise transfer Virtual Items or Merchandise to any person or entity or attempt any of the aforesaid, including but not limited to ENJOYMI GAMES, another user or any third party.
All purchases and redemptions of virtual items made through the service are final and non-refundable.
The provision of Virtual Items for use in ENJOYMI GAMES games is a service provided by ENJOYMI GAMES that commences immediately upon acceptance by ENJOYMI GAMES of your purchase.
4.2 Payment of Fees
You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using an Account registered to you. ENJOYMI GAMES may revise the pricing for the goods and services offered through the Service at any time. You acknowledge that ENJOYMI GAMES is not required to provide a refund for any reason, and that you will not receive money or other compensation for unused virtual items when an account is closed, whether such closure was voluntary or involuntary.
5. Updates to the Service
You understand that the Service is an evolving one. ENJOYMI GAMES may require that you accept updates to the Service and to ENJOYMI GAMES' games you have installed on your device or computer. You acknowledge and agree that ENJOYMI GAMES may update the Service and ENJOYMI GAMES games, with or without notifying you. You may need to update third party software from time to time in order to receive the Service and play ENJOYMI GAMES games.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Without limiting ENJOYMI GAMES' liability under section 7 below, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for your use, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and those arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. ENJOYMI GAMES does not warrant that you will be able to access or use the service at the times or locations of your choosing; that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free; that defects will be corrected; or that the game or the service are free of viruses or other harmful components.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. Accordingly, some of the above disclaimers may not apply to you.
7. Limitation of Liability; Sole and Exclusive Remedy; Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ENJOYMI GAMES shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or other similar damages, including but not limited to loss of revenues, lost profits, lost data or business interruption or other intangible losses (however such losses are qualified), arising out of or relating in any way to these terms of service or the service itself, whether based on contract, tort or any other legal theory, and whether or not ENJOYMI GAMES has been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent not prohibited by law, ENJOYMI GAMES shall not be liable to you for more than the amount you have paid to ENJOYMI GAMES in accordance with these terms of service in the six (6) months immediately preceding the date on which you first assert a claim. You acknowledge and agree that if you have not paid anything to ENJOYMI GAMES during such time period, your sole remedy (and ENJOYMI GAMES' exclusive liability) for any dispute with ENJOYMI GAMES is to stop using the service and to cancel your account.
Nothing in these terms of service shall affect the statutory rights of any consumer or exclude or restrict any liability resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct of ENJOYMI GAMES or for death or personal injury arising from any negligence or fraud of ENJOYMI GAMES.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold ENJOYMI GAMES (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) harmless from any claim, demand, damages or other losses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, asserted by any third-party resulting from or arising out of your use of the Service, or any breach by you of these Terms of Service, however the foregoing does not apply if the infringement of rights is not attributable to your intentional or negligent behavior.
8.Dispute Resolution and Law
If a dispute arises between you and ENJOYMI GAMES, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution. If you are a resident of the United States, these Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or related to it or Privacy Policy or the Service shall be governed in all respects by California law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against ENJOYMI GAMES must be resolved exclusively by a court located in San Francisco, California. If you are a resident outside of the United States, you agree that all disputes between you and ENJOYMI GAMES shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against ENJOYMI GAMES must be resolved exclusively by a court located in Singapore.
9. Severability
You and ENJOYMI GAMES agree that if any portion of these Terms of Service or of the ENJOYMI GAMES Privacy Policy is found illegal or unenforceable, in whole or in part by any court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective solely to the extent of such determination of invalidity or unenforceability without affecting the validity or enforceability thereof in any other manner or jurisdiction and without affecting the remaining provisions of the terms, which shall continue to be in full force and effect.
10. General Provisions
10.1 Assignment
ENJOYMI GAMES may assign or delegate these Terms of Service and/or the ENJOYMI GAMES Privacy Policy, in whole or in part, to any person or entity at any time with or without your consent. You may not assign or delegate any rights or obligations under the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy without ENJOYMI GAMES' prior written consent, and any unauthorized assignment and delegation by you is ineffective.
10.2 Supplemental Policies
ENJOYMI GAMES may publish additional policies related to specific services such as forums, contests or loyalty programs. Your right to use such services is subject to those specific policies and these Terms of Service.
10.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, any supplemental policies and any documents expressly incorporated by reference herein (including the ENJOYMI GAMES Privacy Policy), contain the entire understanding of you and ENJOYMI GAMES, and supersede all prior understandings of the parties hereto relating to the subject matter hereof, whether electronic, oral or written, or whether established by custom, practice, policy or precedent, between you and us with respect to the Service.
10.4 No Waiver
The failure of ENJOYMI GAMES to require or enforce strict performance by you of any provision of these Terms of Service or the ENJOYMI GAMES Privacy Policy or failure to exercise any right under them shall not be construed as a waiver or relinquishment of ENJOYMI GAMES' right to assert or rely upon any such provision or right in that or any other instance.
The express waiver by ENJOYMI GAMES of any provision, condition, or requirement of these Terms of Service or the ENJOYMI GAMES Privacy Policy shall not constitute a waiver of any future obligation to comply with such provision, condition or requirement.
Except as expressly and specifically set forth in this these Terms of Service, no representations, statements, consents, waivers, or other acts or omissions by ENJOYMI GAMES shall be deemed a modification of these Terms of Service nor legally binding, unless documented in physical writing, hand signed by You and a duly appointed officer of ENJOYMI GAMES.
10.5 Notices
We may notify you via postings on www.kov.games, and via e-mail or any other communications means to contact information you provide to us. All notices given by you or required from you under these Terms of Service or the ENJOYMI GAMES Privacy Policy shall be in writing and addressed to: 152 BEACH ROAD #14-03 GATEWAY EAST SINGAPORE (189721). Any notices that you provide without compliance with this Section on Notices shall have no legal effect.
10.6 Equitable Remedies
You acknowledge that the rights granted and obligations made under these Terms of Service to ENJOYMI GAMES are of a unique and irreplaceable nature, the loss of which shall irreparably harm ENJOYMI GAMES and which cannot be replaced by monetary damages alone so that ENJOYMI GAMES shall be entitled to injunctive or other equitable relief (without the obligations of posting any bond or surety or proof of damages) in the event of any breach or anticipatory breach by you.
You irrevocably waive all rights to seek injunctive or other equitable relief, or to enjoin or restrain the operation of the Service or any ENJOYMI GAMES game, exploitation of any advertising or other materials issued in connection therewith, or exploitation of the Service or any content or other material used or displayed through the Service and agree to limit your claims to claims for monetary damages, limited by Section 7 (if any).
10.7 Force Majeure
ENJOYMI GAMES shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside the reasonable control of ENJOYMI GAMES, including without limitation any failure to perform hereunder due to unforeseen circumstances or cause beyond ENJOYMI GAMES' control such as acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials.
